Controlling the patient's body temperature is one of the most essential responsibilities of a clinical nurses, which can be done through Rectum, Oral, axillary, and Tympanic.in this research it has been investigated a kind of a new digital intelligent thermometer (Tympanic), which can be easily installed in Patient's ear, and beside showing the body temperature, it has an important responsibility of letting the nurses know at a time when the body temperature of a face-to-face patient or afar away one through the domestic digital monitor or a hospital monitoring, in order to avoid any non- stopping damages of the temperature's increase meant. This product can be used weather at home or hospital.

Introduction: Opioid (narcotic) analgesics, which are painkillers in special care for patients with special conditions such as post-operative pain and general anesthesia or patients undergoing surgery in whom general circulatory reserve is low , Chronic pain, Epidemic pain. Objective: To evaluate the importance and necessity of narcotic intelligent drug system in medical and hospital centers. Materials and Methods: In the study of this system, the amount of medication mentioned by different departments of the hospital during a period of 11 months is studied and the procedures performed during the stages of injecting a drug into a patient are observed. Results: With the implementation of this plan, we found that this device was %59 time saving in the process of injecting narcotic drugs in the medical units and increased %89 of hospital staff satisfaction and %59 possible error reduction and 1119 staff accuracy. have been. Conclusion: This system will significantly improve the quality of health care services including improving the efficiency of the hospital staff, eliminating unnecessary repetitive procedures and preventing human errors.

High blood pressure (BP) is one of the most important cardiovascular risk factors that can be treated. Blood pressure is the amount of pressure that flows through the bloodstream to the artery wall and is one of the vital signs. Normal pressure Systolic pressure is less than 120 mmHg and diastolic less than 80 mmHg. If systolic pressure is 120 mmHg to 139 mmHg and diastole 90 to 80 mmHg is called the onset of blood pressure. (Prehypertension) and systolic pressure above 140 mmHg and diastolic above the first three stages are called hypertension. A blood pressure monitor is an essential tool in medical diagnosis. The former is a trusted tool for measuring and medical care to determine blood pressure. Devices that record the pressure using a mercury column as a handheld or automatic digital barometer are a standard choice for all these years and are still the gold standard for blood pressure reading. Nowadays, so many mercury, gnomon, and digital measuring devices are being used to measure blood pressure, which, in a way. All of them may possess the possibility of imperfection. In this research, we will study the measurement of blood pressure into artery by Ultrasound (Ultrasound pressure system). By using these devices, we will be able to control blood pressure of patients, through expending lower expenditure. In additions, we will be able to prevent dangerous complications of non-precise control of blood pressure. And also we can minimize the extend of current measuring imperfection.

Abstract
Purposes: Intelligent hospital beds can be used in hospitals and all health centers, which make cleaning the air inside the room locally and also avoid spreading of diseases that may be disturbing for themselves, patients and hospital staff. This device also features simultaneous measurement of height and weight on the patient's bed. In the implementation of this project, a fixed isolated sample of the air with a certain concentration in the spatial dimensions of 1m3, 2m3, 4m3 log into the device and then we have received and analyzed the contamination concentration in the device output in 1m3 space dimensions. We generalize the overall conclusion reached from the main system from the analysis of the resulting graphs.
Conclusions: This scheme as an intelligent conditioning system of air around the patient bed and in cases of necessity as a supplement to ventilation and medical filtration can increase the efficiency of hospital staff (doctors, residents, nurses, healthcare workers) and patient satisfaction and his companions.

BACKGROUND: Nowadays cell-free DNA fragments (cfDNA), discovered in blood and in other biological samples, is utilized as biomarker for the diagnosis of many diseases like some cancers and disorders in obstetrics and gynecology. In this report, we have analyzed if cfDNA levels in plasms and total follicular fluid samples from in vitro fertilization (IVF) candidates, could be associated to IVF outcomes. 
MATERIAL AND METHODS: Ninety-eight plasms and total follicular fluid samples were prepared from women (n = 98), who be subjected to intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and cfDNA concentration was measured by quantitative Real-Time PCR.
RESULT: We determined that there was significant correlation between follicular cfDNA and duration of infertility (r=0.23, p=0.02) while there was no association between plasma cfDNA and duration of infertility (r= -0.002, p=0.98) and age. Likewise, by considering chemical pregnancy as dependent and age, number of oocytes, AMH, FSH, duration
of infertility, plasma cfDNA, and follicular cfDNA as independent variables, logistic regression analysis showed that
plasma cfDNA is the only predictor of chemical pregnancy. Finally, the mean plasma cfDNA level was significantly
greater in women who did not get pregnant.
CONCLUSION: CfDNA might establish a favorable biomarker of follicular micro-environment quality and might be applied for predict IVF outcome prediction and to improve female infertility management.

Studies on human  increasing life’s quality  is always and in every field . However, in this research we studies the problems in the wrong patterns of using common bathrooms in the world. Methods of using toilets in all nations have many problems and risks .
Purpose :We provided a method to replace the current toilets  and condition of  the body  in all three  methods  studied . We can then compare and select the best method to replace your current wrong patterns.
Materials and Methods: To expression this new method, we did the physical examination on the people’s  body and discussion them in the Asian and west bathroom and  instrument  that suggested by this study and then compared the results of these studies together.
Results : From comparison of proposal in this paper with the Asian toilets, 57%, decreasing pressure on the legs - decreasing pressure on the knee 95% and 18% will increase pressure on the intestines
And in Comparison with western toilet, also enter the same pressure on the knees and legs, pressure on the intestines 95% increased and risk of skin diseases decreased  3 times
Conclusions : Proposed in this paper can prevent joint and bone disease (by decreasing pressure on the legs - knees - back), and treating diseases such as constipation (caused by  prolonged use of the toilet and the pressure on the intestines) and
It also decreasing  the risk of skin diseases (using nanotechnology). Then it is a suitable alternative to Asian toilet and Western toilets .

Introduction & Objective: For the purpose of recording household water consumption data, the meter reading should be performed by the relevant agent by referring to each unit and meter reading, but in this way the process of reading and recording the meter information is feasible. The purpose of this research is to transform the handheld water data logging system of all subscribers into a remote electronic data logging system, increasing the speed and accuracy of data transfer and reducing costs and optimizing the use of tools and manpower.
Method: According to studies, after each liter of water passes through the tube, the flow meter is rotated one by one, and by installing an opto counter on the outlet shaft, it detects the number of rotations then can be rotated by placing a counter circuit. We count and calculate the amount of water consumed.
Results: The technology used in this system is 90% accuracy.
Conclusion: This meter can solve all meter reading problems with very low cost by mechanically transmitting binary codes related to the amount of consumption and receiving it by the electromagnetic receiver. Therefore, the problem of lack of joint presence when reading water meters and problems arising from error in reading the meter figures will also eliminate the difficulty of reading meters and reducing costs.

The device amplifies and then records the collected electrical signals. In this study, a kind of EMG mega win version device of portable muscle recording system has been used instead of older muscle recording devices. This system, which is imbedded in patient's body, in addition to electrical activity of patient's muscle has the important duty to exchange data via cell phone or to inform the nurse or doctor at the medical center and display it in the presence or absence of the patient through digital home monitoring or hospital monitoring.

of medical services is one of the most important
sectors in any society and not only all the individuals
of the society are involved in it, but in so many cases
it has a vital importance as well. Therefore any kind
of improvement in this sector can improve the health

society.
Methodology: In this study we have worked on the
files of a few patients (paper card desk) and
approximately the probability of error and the
wastage of the time of the personnel is this working
system is equal to 25%, but with considering this
system of work the personally job satisfaction has
been between 90% to 95%.
Findings: in this research we used electronic card
desk instead of paper ones in one of the hospitals.
Withstudying this research approximately 95% of
quality improvement in the medical services sector
has been obtained.
